My Husband and I were in dire need of a vacation after spending his 30th birthday quarantined at home due to COVID. When I contacted Distinctions Travel Services, Alyssa was professional, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. She asked the right questions and gave us multiple options before we booked. All accommodations were made quickly and she even got us an upgraded suite with the most beautiful ocean views. All the activity options were carefully curated to fit our “vacation vibes'' from zip-lining to Thai massages to restaurant recommendations. She even planned transportation to and from each activity. It was the best vacation I never planned, and I don’t know if I’ll ever plan one again. I’m leaving it to the professionals at Distinction Travel Services. My experience with Alyssa at Distinction Travel Services was nothing short of amazing. My first experience was on a short baecation to Napa for what should have been my wedding weekend (thanks COVID). First things first, when we arrived at the room we were greeted with a cake in our favorite colors sent by Alyssa!!!! It was so thoughtful and also delicious! The trip was super easy because everything was already booked for us, we just had to show up with our reservation. Alyssa also picked the perfect wineries for my fiancé and I by taking our personalities and interests into consideration. Our favorite was Tamber Bay because they had a cookie pairing with the wines that was very different from the other wineries. She also makes sure that any specific requests are granted, like mine to visit a black owned winery. We enjoyed our stress free trip so much we booked her again for our honeymoon. I have looked at our honeymoon presentation at least once a week since we received it because I am so excited about what she has planned for us!! My favorite part about Distinction Travel Services is that I don’t have to worry about anything once I arrive. I know that once I get to my destination everything is handled from airport transfers to dinner reservations! I can’t recommend Distinction Travel Services enough!

Until recently, I have always planned my own vacations; I did the research, created a budget, booked my own flights, hotel and activities. I thought to myself, “I know what I want, and I am the only person qualified enough to book the vacation I desire”. This couldn’t be further from the truth! On November 8 th , 2020, I married my best friend, and by December 2020, Alyssa, from Distinction Travel Services contacted us to offer her travel expertise. Because I spent a year planning my big day, she wanted to plan our dream honeymoon. A little hesitant at first, I decided to trust Alyssa with our travel plans! First, she emailed a travel survey to get an idea of the type of honeymoon we wanted; location, hotel, budget, activities, travel accommodations etc. Once she received the specifics, she began researching the locations we wanted and sent a PowerPoint presentation to give a summary of what the trip would entail. I think we changed our location about five times before we found the perfect destination. Alyssa was extremely patient with us during this time and gave tons of suggestions to help us narrow down our choices! Once our location was picked (St Lucia), she scheduled all of our activities and put a final presentation together and emailed us the complete details: flight times, daily trip schedule, total balance and breakdown. Most importantly, because our trip was scheduled during the pandemic, Alyssa scheduled a required Covid-19 test for us and assured that our hotel accommodation met the Covid-19 safety requirements. She also made sure that our resort provided the Covid-19 antigen test to get us back into the United States. When we arrived at our resort, we were greeted with warm smiles and ice-cold drinks! The entire staff treated me and my husband like royalty; from our room, which was decorated with rose petals and a “Happy Honeymoon” sign, to special dinners on the beach. It seemed like we were the only couple staying at the resort. We later found out Alyssa informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon and planned all the small surprises for us! Alyssa made our entire honeymoon so special and memorable. Any time we needed her, she was a phone call or text away. I cannot wait to book our next adventure with Distinction Travel Services, and I will recommend this travel agency over and over!
